Individual counselling

One-to-one therapy sessions with Your Wellbeing

We offer tailored therapy sessions to bring your emotional wellbeing back into balance.

Individual counselling with Your Wellbeing provides a safe space to talk about your worries with experienced therapists who are trained to listen.

Our service is fully inclusive, and we welcome individuals of any gender, ethnicity, sexuality, cultural background, age, ability, and lifestyle.

What can you talk about in therapy?

The short answer is anything!

You might want to come to therapy to address a specific issue, such as symptoms of anxiety or depression that are impacting your life negatively. Or you might just want to talk to someone impartial and supportive about general worries and overwhelming feelings.

You might feel like you need to talk about ‘deep’ or ‘serious’ issues in your counselling sessions, but you can talk about anything at all. There is no ‘correct’ topic to discuss.

Our professional counsellors are trained to help you deal with a wide range of different mental health and emotional challenges, including:

  • abuse
  • anxiety and panic
  • the impacts of autism, adhd and other forms of neurodiversity
  • body image
  • depression
  • emotional overwhelm
  • family issues
  • financial struggles
  • gender identity difficulties
  • grief or loneliness
  • low self esteem
  • obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • phobias
  • relationship struggles
  • self harm
  • sexual intimacy
  • stress
  • trauma and PTSD

Whatever mental health and emotional challenges you’re going through, we can help. Trust us to listen and support you in a non-judgmental way.
